Ruhunu Thosai Mixture 400 g

    • Batter Preparation:
      1. Mix the Thosai Mixture: Follow the package instructions to combine the Ruhunu Thosai Mixture with the correct amount of water to form a smooth batter.
      2. Fermentation: Allow the batter to ferment for several hours or overnight in a warm place. Fermentation is essential for achieving the right texture and flavour.
    • Cooking Thosai:
      1. Preheat the Griddle: Use a non-stick griddle or a traditional cast-iron dosa tawa. Preheat it over medium heat.
      2. Grease the Griddle: Lightly grease the griddle with oil using a paper towel or brush.
      3. Pour and Spread the Batter: Pour a ladleful of batter onto the griddle and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin, even layer.
      4. Cook: Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom turns golden brown. Flip and cook the other side if desired.
      5. Remove: Use a spatula to gently remove the thosai from the griddle.
